Terms of Use and Sale

1. Operator and agreement

GTLIKE is operated by the GTLIKE operator, UEN 202441448H, 105 Cecil Street, The Octagon, Singapore 069534, contact info@gtlike.com. By purchasing or using GTLIKE you agree to these terms to the extent enforceable under the law that applies to you.

2. Purchase and price

GTLIKE, including all four modes, is free. Optional one-off in-game packs cost CZK 39, 49, 59, 69 or 99 depending on the chosen perk, converted into the displayed payment currency. There are no mandatory purchases or subscriptions.

3. Digital access and code

Creating a player account is free. Upon signup a six-letter access code is displayed once: save it securely to sign in again with your email. Existing active access codes continue to work. Only one login session may be active at a time.

3a. Optional in-game packs

Perks are unlocked only after a human administrator confirms actual receipt of the bank transfer. Each purchased pack can be claimed once in each game mode and save slot, or once per multiplayer server. Resetting a game does not restore already claimed consumables. In-game items and virtual currency are not redeemable for real money.

4. Licence

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use GTLIKE for ordinary private play in accordance with these terms. You do not acquire ownership of source code, graphics, databases, branding or other protected content.

5. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds

Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain in force. Where local law provides withdrawal, cancellation or refund rights for digital content, requests will be handled under that law. In the EU/EEA, loss of the 14-day withdrawal right for immediately supplied digital content may require prior express consent to begin performance and acknowledgement of losing the right; if the legal conditions are not met, statutory rights are not waived.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory remedies for faulty or non-conforming digital content.

6. In-game money and casino content

In-game money, property, loot, rewards and casino/minigame mechanics exist only inside GTLIKE. They have no cash-out or exchange value for real money and are not offered by GTLIKE as real-money wagering.

7. Multiplayer conduct

You may not harass others, post unlawful content, impersonate others, cheat, intentionally disrupt servers or use automation that harms the service or other players. Serious or repeated violations may result in proportionate restrictions or termination of multiplayer access, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

8. Prohibited use

• Circumventing paid access or technical security measures.
• Attacks, unauthorised access, malicious code or abusive API use.
• Unauthorised distribution of protected game files, source code or commercial assets.
• Use that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

9. Availability, updates and saves

We may repair, update, rebalance and change features provided we comply with mandatory rights relating to purchased digital content. Online services can experience downtime. Use available save features; we will use reasonable efforts to preserve server data, but a local save stored only in a browser may be lost if browser storage is cleared or corrupted.

10. Intellectual property

GTLIKE, its name, design, game systems, graphics, text and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Permitted use is limited to the licence above.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. This does not apply where local law prohibits the limitation or to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Governing law and worldwide operation

These terms are governed by Singapore law to the extent permitted by mandatory rules. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protection given by the law of your habitual residence. Where local law lets a consumer bring a claim before a court or authority in their own country, that right remains available.

13. Age and capacity

You may purchase and use the service only if you have legal capacity under your local law to enter the relevant contract, or have any consent required from a parent or legal guardian.

14. Contact and changes

Questions about orders or these terms: info@gtlike.com. We may update terms for future use of the service, but changes will not retroactively remove mandatory rights that have already arisen.
