Consumer right to withdraw
Where EU distance-contract consumer rules apply, consumers may have 14 days from concluding a service contract to withdraw. Exceptions and compensation for services started during the period depend on applicable law; accepting terms alone does not waive statutory rights.
How to withdraw
Send an unambiguous statement to info@bagrbot.com with your name, contact, order number and date. You do not need to give a reason. Any reimbursement will follow applicable law.
